They figure that it will be easier for humanity to adjust to the realization of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence when we are first introduced to the peoples of the Inner Earth, which I will now elaborate on.

The Earth crust is a Swiss cheese, a honey comb, by no means solid. Unbeknownst to the general population there are about a million caves inside the upper layers of the Earth, large enough to contain towns, cities or even countries. If we knew, we would go and look, and break the matrix by discovering and meeting up with the Inner Earth people and their advanced technology, wisdom and knowledge of the true history of Earth-humanity. Hence it was kept from us.

To my knowledge the Inner Earth people consist partly of ancient refugees. The Mayas that fled from the Spanish, the Dacians from Romania that fled from the Romans, the Lemurians and Atlantians that went underground because they saw the cataclysm coming. Then there are the ancient astronauts, beings from other worlds that settled on Earth in the distant past. I think the "Ant people" of North-America belong to that category, but there have been countless species, including humans, from other worlds that settled on Earth, some stayed in the underground cave system, others returned to where they came from.

To my knowledge there are about 120 underground cities, housing 20 million people and together they make up the "Agharta Network", since these cities are connected through a network of tunnels all over the world, including under the oceans. Keep in mind that these people are very high tech. Atlantis was technologically highly developed, which was all lost when the great flood wiped out this advanced civilization. In all, there have been five highly developed civilizations on Earth, all wiped out by natural catastrophy at the zenith of their evolution. The Inner Earth civilizations, on the other hand, were able to continue their progress unaffected by anything that happened on the surface, which is why they are so advanced now.

Before that, and sporadically after, as the image above shows, regular high tech air battles could be witnessed, as famously portrayed by German artist Hans Glaser in his 1561 woodcut showing orbs over Nuremburg, as well as a mothership (the black structure) as well as crashed ships causing clouds of smoke. The Inner Earth people tried to have the Mohammed Accords revoked several years ago, but the reptilians refused. Their influence is dwindling fast, though.

With their advanced technology the Inner Earthlings have made their cave systems habitable, often with artificial light, such as a very tall obelisk (caves can easily be 20 km in height) with a plasma ball hovering over it, acting as an artificial sun. As such they have enough light for agriculture and forests, with animals that are exinct on the surface, such as the sabertooth tiger.

The Transylvanian Sunrise book series (which I recommend) speaks of the underground city Tomassis, in Romania, which has natural lighting due to a system of lava tubes right above the cave, the energy of which ionizes and lights up the air in the cave.

The way these underground folks live is the same as how the advanced peoples of Sirius or the Pleiades live. Being non-cynical societies, they don't have a financial system because every person gets what he needs and no one asks for more. If people do have extravagant hobbies, they will barter. No work and all play is their motto. Their high tech automated systems do most of the work and for the few things that require a human touch, volunteers are always at hand. So people focus on their creative arts and sciences or anything they enjoy doing. Their communities and family groups are tight-knit and conflict free, as being higher dimensional, spiritually advanced people. Due to their high vibrational frequency and careful eating habits they live very long. Quite a few Inner Earthlings make a point of being immortal, basically, as their conscientious spiritual and physical habits enable them, and as they see a long life as beneficial for their soul growth. They have been very eager to meet up with us for a long time as they regard us as their family and are very eager to teach us how to implement advanced technologies that will improve our standard of living. At the same time there has always been a strong apprehension about the violent ways and history of war on the surface, which is another reason why they have kept largely out of sight. So they intend to interact with lightworkers first, to test the waters, so to speak.

I've yet to understand how Inner-Earth politics work. How they keep the peace with the reptilians and if they don't, how they contain their conflicts. It is a fact that the governments of the surface world interact with the Aghartans (residents of Agharta, the Inner Earth). The Transylvanian books describe a warehouse in the forests of Romania where Agarthans offer their high tech produce.

One of my multi-dimensional selves (as we all lead twelve parallel lives in different dimensions) is an etheric woman in Telos, a city under Mount Shasta, the root chakra of the world, in Northern California. The people of Telos descend from the survivors of Lemuria.

A contentious issue, even in esoteric circles, is the question whether or not the Earth is hollow. Very credible sources say it's not, and adhere to the conventional opinion that the Earth core consists of liquid iron. The Transylvanian books (which I take seriously) say that the Earth has a black hole at its core that increases the Inner Earth's frequency with respect to the surface. Then, the deeper you descend into the Earth, the higher the frequency. At some point the frequency becomes "etheric" (as the books calls it, which is the fifth dimensional bandwidth, I presume). Under that frequency a black hole is perceived as a sun, a light emitting object.

The hollow Earth theory has a long and ancient history, among its most recent proponent famous scientist Edmund Halley and more recently Richard Byrd, an Arctic explorer who ended up inside the Earth while flying over the North Pole. Mind you, he was made Admiral in the US Navy, after he had published about his visit to the Inner Earth. What clinches it for me is that Helios, from our Sun's Logos, speaks of the Earth's Inner Sun, which doesn't line up with the molten iron core theory. So I will follow the "Transylvanian" description (by its author Radu Cinamar) of the Hollow Earth and please understand that this is distinct from the Inner Earth, the porous Earth crust and mantle, which houses the Agharta Network.

When we meet with Inner Earthlings, please keep the following in mind:

• While technologically advanced, they are also spiritually highly evolved and of a high vibrational frequency. These are positive beings, eager to help and support us. Be kind to them.
• The Earth doesn't belong to us, we're just its most recent "tenants". One of the peoples of Agartha are reptilian, but distinct from the negative Orion reptilians that oppress humanity. We're speaking of a reptilian race that is indigenous to Earth and were here before we were, which why they say that the Earth belongs to them. This is false too, because Earth is very much a Cosmic planet, that doesn't belong to anyone in particular. To Prime Creator (God), Earth is a cosmic science laboratory, where advanced species meet and exchange information and experiment with new life forms. Earth-humanity is just an exponent of that, created by our Seeder Races. As for the other races on and within the Earth, the fact that we didn't know they were there, doesn't mean the other "tenants" are any less entitled to being on Earth than we are. So humility is in order, and understanding and acceptance of those that seem different. Just be nice 😘.
