Miscellaneous Tartarian facts and views

The old world ended somewhere between 1812 and 1834. The survivors reported it in letters that their grandchildren never read, in journals that were sealed in archives, in ledger margins that future clerks copied without understanding. They reported it with the particular kind of grief that comes from watching a familiar order disappear in real time, while the official voices around you insist that nothing unusual is happening. We owe them the willingness to consider that they were not confused, that they were not exaggerating, And that the world they remembered was a real world, and that it really did end.

So as not to disrupt the storyline of this site's main page about Tartaria, on this page we present information that is worth mentioning but doesn't fit within the main page.
The silence itself disturbed her more than the stories. Because fear fades, memory fades, but coordinated silence across generations suggested something else entirely, something deliberate.
- Evelyn, Tartarian reset researcher
Unrecognized by institutional history, Tartaria has been the subject of indepth scientific research for years and is ever involving. This video, I feel, and as I am aware, summarizes the current state of understanding of the subject.
To me, one of the trickiest aspects of the Tartarian truth-finding process is the mud flood, which to many people is almost synonymous with the Tartarian paradigm. This is because I fail to come up with a plausible scenario (and unconvinced by proposed scenarios) on how a mud flood could have caused the half-buried first floors in city centers, with people subsequently deciding not to escavate their homes and buildings but build on top of the mud layer. Moreover, you'd expect the mud to pile up in certain places, rather than the uniformly distributed external material that can be found today.
Today, I feel compelled to accept the mud flood narrative in certain cases and certain cities, except in the above-mentioned instances with half-buried buildings in city centers. Well-documented are the street elevation projects of the second half of the 19th century.
But what is street elevation? Therefore it's not a serious encyclopedia, but because Google has built Search around Pseudopedia, it's sometimes hard to avoid when an encyclopedic link is needed. If anything, I use Pseudopedia to represent the institutional voice. still alleges that in Amsterdam first the houses were built, then, when they dug the canals they left the dirt on the quayside, which produced the Amsterdam "souterrain", a half buried first floor. Despite the absurdity of that reasoning, institutional history still attributes street elevation projects to the building of new sewage systems: Instead of excavating, they half-buried existing buildings. That only makes sense if, as some researchers suggest, that because the post-reset inhabitants of Tartarian cities didn't understand how Tartarian sewage systems worked, and disabled their functionality by the filling of underground resonance chambers with concrete, which may have played a role in water purification. Then cholera spread through the Tartarian sewage network, which then could have been a reason to isolate the surface from the old sewage system through street elevation, which included a new sewage system.
Parallel systems are more dangerous to power than opposition. Those that openly oppose can be negotiated with, but a parallel function can't. Pay attention to which alternative systems draw the harshest institutional response, because it tells you which ones are working. Moral language and material consolidation [as in conquest and appropriation] almost always travel together. When you see one, look for the other.
The Inquisition is the direct ancestor of the surveillance state. The algorithmic surveillance regime we have now isn't new. It's a digitized inquisitorial method  with a different substrate.

  • Mirrors play a role in Old World technology. This video looks at it from a non-esoterical perspective and the estates of the occult elites of the 19th century that have, or used to have installations with mirrors. These estates, by the way, were Tartarian property that the new elites of the 18th and 19th century occupied, not built. Some researchers claim these mirrors have unusual properties: their glass doesn't deform over time and when their coating contains a gallium-silver compound, some researchers suggest this is related to teleportation. This video suggest a process in which mercury is pressed against a tin sheet and onto the glass, such that the mercury-tin alloy produces a more natural mirroring effect, as perceived by the onlooker, as opposed to the unforgiving harsh photographic effect of the modern aluminium based coating. This, posits the maker of the video, is what made the beauty industry possible, the latter for the purpose of hiding the facial imperfections that our modern mirrors reveal. More esoterical accounts point to the mirror as a possible portal. This video discussed a mirror in the Lincoln Bedroom and refers to a mirror as an object on which the boundery between dimensions is permeable.

It is the only surviving member of the Oghur branch of Turkic languages, one of the two principal branches of the Turkic family.

And the ubiquitous Genghis Kahn sits at the root. Note that most names are Turkish and the same is true for Genghis Kahn's family tree. Possibly these were Uyghurs, and one of the things Genghis Kahn is most famous for, is for introducing the Uyghur script to Mongolia.

    Screenshot_20260722-154436~2

Here Genghis Kahn and his spouse are depicted in Turkish attire. In previous centuries many European illustrators depicted people of all races as European, but as far as I know Genghis and his descendants were definitely Asian. The Turkish clothing may well be correct.

Conscipuous is the oversized role of Germans in the 19th and 20th century royal houses of Europe. Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations might give a clue:
" ... in the governments of Europe which were founded by the German and Scythian nations who overturned the Roman empire", even when Smith refers to the Tartar lands as solely being occupied by "shepherds" (as opposed to recognizing Tartaria as an advanced civilization), which has to be why his text is allowed to exist in the mainstream in the first place. The Wealth of Nations was published in the fateful year of 1776, which Tartaria researchers often identify as the year of the beginning of the final stage of the reset.
This video however, suggests that the German dynasty might have descended from old Euro-Tartarian nobility (via the Holy Roman Empire) that tried to preserve the old power structures under a new guise.

To make some sense of the above, I postulate the following: as all geopolitics  is exopolitics, reptilian hybridization of the European (German) royal dynasty has to come into it at some point. This would have had to start within the German dynasty, which spread to the Romanovs into Tartarian heartland. That's when Tartaria started to crumble from within.

Before the early 20th century the international monetary system was based upon sovereign gold reserves, which were considerable but ultimately insufficient to finance the wars of the 19th and 20th century. Then, in the 1910s, parliaments around the world voted for the founding of national banks that could draw in more gold reserves to back the new money system, and as it turned out, procure loans from the Rothschild banking system. The latter gained a controlling foothold in most national banks and that is how the German dynasty was effectively disempowered.
Give or take a few inevitable, hopefully minor, inaccuracies in the above, this is the broader picture of how the new European and American occult oligarchs seized power at the expense of the sovereign caste.

A central bank does not stabilize money. It controls the cost of money. It decides through the manipulation of interest rates which industries live and which die, which nations can borrow and which cannot, which governments survive and which are brought to their knees by debt they were maneuvered into taking on. A central bank, is not a financial instrument. It is a political instrument and the men who control it control everything downstream from it.

The central argument in favour of the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank, the third attempt at the creation of an American Central Bank, was the financial panic of 1907, about which this video has the following to say:

The old Philadelphia banking families knew that the financial panics of 1873, 1893 and 1907 had not been natural events. They had been managed events. Contractions engineered at the top to produce specific outcomes at the bottom. Land transferred from small owners to large ones. Banks consolidated, political careers made and destroyed. The panic of 1907 was the immediate pretext for the Jekyll Island meeting [where the Aldrich plan for the creation of the Fed was prepared]. The official story was that J.P Morgan had heroically stepped in to stabilize the banking system during a crisis caused by reckless speculation. What the official story does not examine is who caused the speculation, who encouraged the banks to overextend, who then at the critical moment pulled the credit line and watched the dominoes fall, and then stepped in as the savior.

Things you've always suspected, but don't properly sink in until someone actually says it, in this case a YouTube channel. The he in the quote below is Edmund Grayfield Hosmer (?), a Philadelphia banker who was present (according to the YouTube channel) at the Jekyll Island meeting during which the Federal Reserve Bank was informally created.

How and why financial crises are manufactured:

He had known it was coming, not the specific date, not the specific trigger, but the mechanism. Yes, he had watched it be designed:
Low rates to encourage borrowing and speculation. Then, at the appropriate moment, a sharp contraction, credit pulled back, forced liquidations, bank runs. The destruction of paper wealth on a scale that would transfer real assets, land buildings, infrastructure, productive capacity from the many to the few at prices that would have been unimaginable two years earlier.
From the above it becomes clear that one of the primary functions of a central bank is to engineer crises. A central bank can set interest rates and print money. Cheap credit is the bait. The scheme works as long as a population believes a central bank works for the benefit of a nation and its people, that borrowing money is safe.
    • Every reset produces a new oligarchy. Whether it be the Tartarian reset or the collapse of the Soviet Union. The dot.com boom of the nineties was a precursor to the reset that is/was planned for 2030, and probably uncovers, if investigated, a similar scheme. Now watch Jason Rice's testimony on Gaia.com (or @awakenzoneofficial) in which he describes exactly the same scheme in other star systems, featuring some familiar faces: the Nazis and the Orion reptilians and aided by Earth-soldiers from countries with central banks.
This page serves as a sketchbook rather than a finished painting. With the map of the Caucasus on the right (or below) I'm pulling a thread that links Circassia (the birthland of Leonardo da Vinci's mother) with Tartaria.
    De_Landschappen_der_Percoptize_en_Nogaize_Tartares,_Circassen,_P_Van_der_Aa_(Leiden,_1707)
Here I tentatively communicate the narrative about the Khazarians that inhabitated the region between the Black and Caspian seas (Circassia on the map) in the 5th century. They found themselves surrounded by the Ottoman Islamic forces in the South and the Byzantine and Russian Christian nations in the West and North. In a move to retain religious neutrality they converted to Judaism and would refer to themselves as Jewish, even when they had no Semitic lineage. They lived like this for three centuries until they were defeated in battle and fled to Europe, to Hungary and Romania (where they became gypsies, so the narrative goes, but questions remain) and to Portugal and Spain. Some of them went to other countries, one them to Germany where he changed his name to Rothschild. This dovetails with the narrative that "Jewish" bankers had learned financial and organizational principles from Mongol trading networks, which enabled the Rothschild dynasty to establish their financial monopoly. Hence, these "Jewish" bankers were in fact Khazarians, self-pronounced Jews.

What's with the <brin> tag, which either a plugin or WordPress proper, produced, while I wrote the above? A brin tag html search gives nothing, unless it refers to Block Range Index.

If it's just a technical thing, for a script's internal bookkeeping, then they might have chosen a tag name a little less suggestive.

Every time I write about the Khazarians, a script changes it into the text in the screenshot above, which shows as toKhazarians.
Ashtar Sheran came through with a transmission on Tartaria, the main takeaway for me personally has been that Tartaria did not have a central government. There was no king or queen of Tartaria, but rather, Tartaria was a global network of settlements and cities, sharing common values and technology. Likewise, the "rulers of Tartaria" were not giants, simply because there were no rulers, but there were "tall people", which formed their own communities and likely mixed with "average height" populations as well.

If Tartaria, as a worldwide civilization, was a network, not an empire, then why do we associate this global network with a regional entity? Why are the Mongols, the Scythians and perhaps the Russians, central to the Tartarian narrative? Is it because the rediscovery of suppressed history often starts with noticing the discrepancies between old maps and institutional history, and there the complete and essentially unexplained disappearance of Tartaria is the most conspicuous? Then, when other anomalies present themselves, such as the half-buried buildings, the two become part of the same narrative. If, on the other hand, there is more to this, then indeed, the question why the most recent global reset centers around a forgotten region in Asia, remains one of the key issues in Tartarian research.
