I want to give credit where credit is due, but experience shows that every source I have credited so far, here or on other pages, has gone off-track, partially or wholly, and I had to un-credit them. To be honest, I've become superstitious about naming and crediting sources, so it looks like this page isn't going to serve much of a purpose and I'm going to have to decide if I want to keep it.
