It has been suggested that the Dot Wars are meant to coordinate with the release of Spielberg's movie, so I do what keyboard molesters do best: poop the party by reminding the reader that Hollywood is an integral part of the deep state and Spielberg one of its darlings. An attempt will be made to reframe the very concept of Disclosure.
The thing with Disclosure coming from the government is that when they do come forward with something substantial, it's going to be an uptick to Operation Bluebeam. The drone swarms over North America a couple of years ago was the government/Deep State (the difference is marginal) testing public reaction to UAPs. A few years ago the white hats within organizations like the Galactic Federation were still hopeful that the white hats within the US goverment would bring about Disclosure, but as it is becoming unclear whether or not the white hats within the Galactic Federation are still in control of their organization, the Earth Council in particular, then don't expect anything from the earthly governments. Let me be very precise about this once and for all: the government is not on the side of the people and will NEVER .... EVER be a willing participant in the Ascension of humanity or in Disclosure. In that sense the Dot Wars are good because it means that the dark players are largely staying out of the Disclosure process. When the government does come forward with seemingly sweeping revelations, THEN it's time to get concerned and wonder if you are being duped.
Likewise, in this particular process the Galactics have become followers, not leaders. I was going to give an account of how the Galactic Federation's position on the Ascension process has shifted over time, but then I realized that this is inappropriate if you consider the timeline shifts that humanity has experienced during recent years. If you consider the mass arrests that Q-Anon referred to a couple of years ago then this would mean the application of martial law and an oversized role of the military in the Ascension process. "Will the military return to their barracks once the tribunals are over?", I asked. Of course not, they never do. So in those days we were on a higher 4D Star Trek Future timeline that would not lead into 5D but drop back to a 3D timeline eventually. On our current timeline, that does lead into 5D, the mass arrests never happened!. Our memory of it is from another timeline.
Conclusion: a government, military and Galactic Federation that do not play a visible role in the Ascension process, that is inherent to the timeline we're on, a timeline on which the people become sovereign creators of their own destiny. Government shutdowns are a symptom, as we are sliding into a future in which people become self-governing. These are times in which the contours of 5D are becoming visible!
My personal take is that the narrative of some nations vastly outcompeting other nations is a myth. The deep state props up one nation to instill a sense of national and racial superiority, in order to increase duality and division. The German post-WWII Wirtschaftswunder (economic miracle) was not just due to the Marshall Plan but also to secret trade and financial advantages negotiated by the post-WWII Nazis (the Fourth Reich), not to help the German people but because the Nazis themselves were, and are, still heavily economically and politically invested in Germany. Now that the deep state is collapsing, the old secret agreements are no longer kept and competitive advantages are lost. Likewise, China was to succeed America as the world's dominant power and China's steep economic rise was essentially financed by the Rothschild banking system, and now the Chinese bubble is bursting. But if population numbers are actually rapidly declining nationwide (not just people leaving the cities), then other additional factors may be at play.
People are leaving Bejing
